Questions
MEP & HVAC: common questions
How often should my AC be serviced?
For most homes and offices in the U.A.E., a service every three to four months keeps units efficient. Heavily used or commercial systems may need it more often — we can recommend a schedule after inspecting your units.
How often should ventilation filters be changed?
It depends on the system and how dusty the environment is. Many filters need checking every few months. We can set a replacement schedule as part of planned maintenance.
Do you service water pumps in residential buildings?
Yes — transfer and booster pumps are a common part of our work. We check pressure, noise, leaks and electrical condition, and repair or replace parts as needed.
Can you find a hidden water leak?
Yes. Signs such as damp walls, stains or a rising water bill usually point to a hidden leak. We trace the source and repair it with as little disruption as possible.
My breaker keeps tripping. Can you help?
Yes. Repeated tripping usually means an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance or damaged wiring. We test the circuits, find the cause and fix it.
Is solar worth it for my building?
It depends on roof space, shading, energy use and the approvals required. We can review your property and advise whether solar or other efficiency upgrades make more sense.
